We can change our way of thinking as a start. Why all this narrow-mindedness and back-stabbing? Why not think of togetherness, prosperity and development? Not only as individuals but as a nation as a whole?
Every Indian has to feel proud of their country. I fail to understand why one should be ashamed of being Indians. We Indians are blessed with all good: only we don't recognize our own strengths. We are just taking the easy way out by favouring other nations.
The judiciary system has to be more efficient and not succumb to redtapism and bribery. For justice delayed is justice denied. People's trust in Indian judiciary system has to be restored to make us feel more at home and that leads to less chance of us acting against it.
The much debated topic of reservation should be made such that it is based on economic status and not on religion/caste etc.
And lastly, there should be a system such that there is only one common language - English and other vernacular languages as per one's preferences in schools and colleges and officially too. Presently such a system is adopted but it has to be taken up more seriously and any intolerance should be dealt with more stringently. For one common language increases productivity and reduces friction in communication among employees in workplace.
These are some of my humble suggestions for the betterment of our nation and people. Lets be more pro active in implementing the same and that - I believe will bring commendable results.
