If we do not heed to the nay-sayers, we can see a better and a brighter future; not only for ourselves but for our children as well. This is not me being incorrigibly optimistic but I can back it with facts…
We need to grow up in our minds and be not led by others into thinking that we as individuals are fools and that we need a hero with supernatural powers to save us from misery. We need to trust in our abilities and lead a life of dignity and self respect so that we can transfer the message of valuing happiness and peace as a baton to the next generation.
Each one of us are skilled in some way or the other. We need to appreciate the difference and value the space and the varied ability in the other as each one of us are unique and special. We are all gifted in some way or the other and that has to be harnessed to bring overall growth of the nation.
Now that said about our mind-set, lets embark the journey of our success together. Collective thinking or shared thinking is always better than thinking individually. We can rise above the other countries in this globe. We are all aware of the successes of Indian talent in other countries, why not pool that talent in India itself? For the betterment of this nation?
I have always been averse to the NRI's who throw "airs" when they are in India. Their hypocrisy shows which makes me feel all the more patriotic. Lets bring the "Gandhian" dream to reality.
Which makes me dream of a future for this nation - a future wherein everybody lives happily in peace and harmony with others. Where there is growth without - violence and "back-stabbing" as I would like to call it. Education system should be more than just a marks scoring ritual. Learning to be more enjoyable and something every child looks forward to.
I have not penned any new thoughts, many of us have had such thoughts at some point or the other. Its important to put them in practice. And yes if each one of us take a step forward in this direction, collectively we will be taking a giant leap towards growth of this great nation. I am sure you will agree with me...
